Products and Pricing
We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices accurately. However, we do not warrant that all information is error‑free. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable French VAT (currently 20%). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Decortie Living shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of our website or products shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the product in question.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be settled through friendly negotiation between the parties. If a settlement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of France (with jurisdiction in the judicial district of Beauvais, given our location in Chambly, Oise).
