Security
Card payments are processed through our secure gateway (Stripe / Shopify Payments), encrypted with SSL/TLS. We never store your full card number. For PayPal, we do not have access to your credentials or financial data.
Billing address verification
For cards, the billing address must match the one on file with your bank. If in doubt, we may contact you for verification before shipping.
Currency
All payments are in Euros (€). If your bank applies conversion fees, these are beyond our control.
Payment refusal
If your bank or our payment provider refuses the transaction, the order will be automatically canceled, and you will be notified by email.
Confirmation
After payment, you will receive a confirmation email within minutes. A temporary pre-authorization may be placed on your card: this is a simple hold of funds, not a debit. It is automatically released once the order is processed.
