Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive your payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a dispatch notification as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Carriers
We ship exclusively within mainland France. For all deliveries, we use La Poste and Chronopost as our primary carriers. You will be assigned a tracking number that works on both carriers’ websites.
Delivery Estimates
Once dispatched, your order is expected to arrive within 3–5 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times, not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary due to:
Carrier operational delays (e.g., weather conditions, peak holiday seasons, local strikes)
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
We are not liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your package if a delay occurs.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders .There is no minimum order value required.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel in real time. You may also track your shipment by visiting La Poste or Chronopost websites and entering the tracking number.
Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address supplied by you, we will contact you to arrange re‑shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for the second dispatch.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your package is lost or arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@decortieliving.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if the claim is validated, we will offer a replacement or a full refund in line with our Refund Policy.
